RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Label Loft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

 

2. Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for an alternative size or colour within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

If your preferred replacement item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A refund;

  • Store credit; or

  • An alternative product of equal value (or pay the difference for a higher-priced item).

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Clearance or sale items marked "Final Sale"

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or customised products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery

 

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty;

  • Damaged during delivery; or

  • Incorrect,

please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your claim has been assessed and approved, we will arrange one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement item;

  • A repair (where appropriate); or

  • A full refund.

For approved faulty or incorrect items, Label Loft will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

5. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email info@labelloft.co.za or call +27 79 367 7915.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a Return Authorisation.

  4. Package the item securely before sending it back.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked courier service. Label Loft cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit where an uninsured or untracked shipping method is used.

 

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

​

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

​

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrectly supplied item or where required by law.

 

7. Store Credit

If preferred, refunds may be issued as store credit in the form of a Label Loft gift voucher.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be redeemed on future purchases.

 

8. Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns

For returns that are not due to a fault or incorrect order, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Where a return is approved because the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Label Loft will arrange or reimburse the reasonable cost of return shipping.

 

9. International Orders

International customers are welcome to return eligible items under the same conditions outlined above.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Customs duties, import taxes and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Any applicable refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

 

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the returns or exchanges process will be used solely for the purpose of administering your return or exchange and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

11. Changes to This Policy

Label Loft reserves the right to amend this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time. Any updates will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
